The Passage – centre for the homeless

Many of London's homeless wrap themselves in newspaper every night.

In wintertime, this can be the difference between living or dying. The insulating properties of paper can prevent life-threatening heat loss through conduction. The cold facts are, despite this, dozens die of hypothermia.

Thank God a London newspaper devouted a page of its own paper to the cause.

Is it something you might like to sleep on?
